At JSA, Jay is the tactician for our clients building the rigorous analytical models that provide solutions to complex data problems from the initial assessment and monthly packages to many one-time special projects. Jay’s background is in Finance, Consumer Marketing, Direct Sales Management, Business Intelligence Software, Data Warehouse Implementations and Statistical Analysis.
Jay is a twenty-five year business veteran, with broad practical and technical, business and industry expertise in numerous operational and application areas, including Finance, Consumer Marketing, Direct Sales Management, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Business Intelligence Software Development, Data Warehouse Implementations and Statistical Analysis.
Holding wide ranging positions from Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Compliance Officer for Bally’s ACSC system, Asst. General Manager of a casino to Financial Officer his experience includes working for Advanced Casino Systems, Hollywood Casino Corporation, Sands Casino – Atlantic City, Golden Nugget Casino/Resort – Las Vegas.
Jay received his BS in Finance, with a Hotel Operations concentration at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and also achieved his MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Recently, he taught University under-graduate and graduate level business coursework in the School of Professional Studies at Richard Stockton University in New Jersey.
Carole Molnar
At JSA, Carole works with our clients to develop customized approaches and practices in database goal definition, program design, analytical frameworks to base key marketing decisions, players club design and launches, customer reinvestment matrixes, promotional program design, market share strategies, budget management, hands-on direct mail creative and production management, post-program assessment and web applications.
Carole is a 25-year veteran database marketing strategist with extensive experience in the gaming industry. She has developed and implemented successful customer retention programs for a number of leading gaming clients.
Carole held a management position at Dentino Marketing, Inc. for over 15 years. While there, she created and led the agency’s gaming division which provided strategic counsel and full-service database execution for a variety of gaming clients, most notably, Caesars Worldwide, Sands Atlantic City, Resorts Atlantic City, Trump Entertainment and Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc.
Prior to her position at Dentino Marketing, Carole began her direct marketing career at Wunderman Worldwide, New York where she contributed to the strategic direction and managed programs for diverse clients including American Express, Time, Prudential, Colgate-Palmolive, Merrill Lynch, Caesars Atlantic City and Book of the Month Club.
Carole holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology and owns CM & Associates, Doylestown, PA.
Conrad Miller
At JSA, Conrad runs all of the IT services processes that use Conrad’s own DataSpade software to provide links and data extraction for the JSA analysis as we as provide on-line services for local property management.
As DataSpade’s principal and founder, Conrad has built DataAce which is the Relational Database program that has been an integral part of many tribal and corporate casinos direct marketing campaigns. With Conrad and DataAce together, client’s find strength in providing simple solutions to complex information problems.

At JSA, Jillian works on client accounts and prepares monthly analysis packages. Jillian’s background in marketing from her Bachelor’s in Communications with focus in Public Relations and Advertising from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL., serves our clients well in bringing an outside perspective to our world of analytics.
